What Do I Need to Rent a Trailer?

Renters must be 25 years or older and provide a valid driver’s license and proof of active auto insurance at the time of booking. All rental fees are charged at checkout and subject to the cancellation policy.

How Do Rentals Work?

Each trailer offers daily, weekend, or weekly rental options depending on availability.
When booking, you’ll select a pickup date and time during business hours between 9 AM and 6 PM. Your rental period begins at your scheduled pickup time.

• Daily Rentals: 24 hours from pickup (due the following day by 6 PM)

• Weekend Rentals: Friday through Sunday, with return by 6 PM Sunday

• Weekly Rentals: 7 days from your selected pickup date and time

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the rental start date are eligible for a refund minus a $50 booking and administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental start date are non-refundable.

Confirmed reservations may be eligible for a one-time reschedule based on availability.
No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
All rentals are considered rain or shine.

How Are Trailer Inspections Handled?

We perform inspections before and after every rental to help ensure all trailers are safe and ready to use. Renters will also complete a quick checklist at pickup and return to note any concerns or damages.

What if Damage Occurs During My Rental?

Please document any damage or concerns on the inspection checklist provided in each trailer. This checklist will be completed before and after each rental period.

What Add-Ons Are Available?

Trailer #3 is our dedicated moving trailer and includes everything you need to help make your move easier at no additional cost. When you rent Trailer #3, you'll have access to moving essentials such as a dolly, straps, and moving blankets. These items are included with Trailer #3 only and are not available with all trailer rentals

All trailers are available for local pickup in Defiance, OH. Exact pickup details will be provided after booking. Delivery is not available at this time.
